I love this yarn: Manos uruguay wool multicolor.

Just perfect with this pattern (my so called scarf), however, I am not going to use this for a scarf, I am going to convert it to be a bag.

I think 2 skeins should be enough for a big bag.

I already finished half of it, I wish I can finish it off tomorrow..

and I need to shop for a handle as well, oh , where shall I shop? May be  the Fabric land near my house.

Lovely color…..

Lovely texture…

one thing that I don’t really like is that the yarn is a little bit stinky with the dye *smell like knitting with vinegar*.  Otherwise, this yarn is perfect for winter!
Needle size: US 11
color : 109

Lace hat for Erika

Here is a finished project for Erika.

I didn’t need too much time to knit this, as this is a small hat and the pattern is quite easy though.

It’s a free pattern that I searched from Ravelry.

My husband loves this too, and he asked me to knit one for him, of course, I need to choose another kind of yarn and also change the needle size as well.

For this one, I used 4mm needles to knit the pattern (in the pattern, it suggests to use US 8 needles).

My yarn is Sirdar Snuggly 4ply, I bought this yarn long long time ago (this color was even discontinued!).

I love this hat, it looks cute on Erika.

“Presto Chango” for Erika

I finally started to knit again.
I knew that I still had many projects on the needles, however, by this moment, I want to knit something for baby.

When I look at the yarn that I have, I think of Erika.

When I went into the yarn store, I thought about Erika.

When I browsed the net ,I thought about Erika again, and started to search something for Baby.

So, finally, I found a cute , easy cardi free pattern in Jimmy’s Wool online store.

It’s a Presto Chango by Valerie Wallis.

I followed the yarn suggestion in the pattern, the blue sky cotton. I had some in my yarn stash, so ,I didn’t need to buy extra yarn for this cardi. The good thing to knit baby stuff is: they are small in size and fast to finish, for this cardi, only two skeins will be enough.

I think I shall able to finish this off in few days, (if I am not too tired… ) and will post the final picture here afterwards.
