Finally, I got all the flowers done (for my friend’s wedding) , and I can step out and take some fresh air!

I put my seascape on the chair under the sun and took some pictures of it.

But, I will take more pics when I use it on Sat.

I also pictured few more for the knitting mittens, the first one was done , just need to block and sew.
I need to find buckles for this mitten, it’s gonna be the fastest Mitten in the world, it’s so easy and so beautiful with the mesh lace pattern.

In the pattern, it doesn’t says about adding beads, I added them to the edge for fun, And it looks more elegant.
Pattern : Glaistig from “Knitting New Mittens And Gloves” book.
Yarn: Claudia Hand painted fingering sock yarn (very soft!!) I think ,one skein should be enough for the a pair of mitten!
needle size: 3.5 mm
I am very tired now, and better take a little break before I get off to the church tonight for wedding rehearsal and decoration.
(in the picture you saw very few things there, but I actually worked a lot for all these bouquets and flower topiaries.)
And the wedding card for my friend, Rosa.
(matched her guest book)

it should look better after blocking...
I am trying my best to knit while Erika sleeps.
And I just finished the 3rd time of chart B….

Seascape - the lace
it’s almost half way of the pattern.

I really want to finish it off soon so that I can wear it out on my friend’s wedding….
I finished my “TO DO LIST” today!
Nice, actually, I like to do things with plans, it’s more organized, and I like to retrieve goals!

I started the Seascape stole this afternoon, it’s not a hard pattern, but the yarn that I am using is the Japanese yarn (RichMore Silky wheel Printed). This yarn is very fine , 2 ply , a mix of wool and silk.

It’s very gorgeous, I hope I can keep this up and finish it in 2 months.
(may be I can finish it in a month if I just knit this in August)

I love lace, and kind of addicted to it, because I love to look at shadow of the lace under the light, it’s like a spider web! (but not a scary one! I don’t like spider!)
Pattern: Seascape Stole (from knitty.com)
needle size: 3.5 mm
yarn: RichMore Silky wheel printed (Japanese fine yarn) (Content of the yarn: wool and silk) 2ply (almost like thread weight!)
July 24/08 – already finished the 16 repeats of row 1 & 2.
I found myself as a person who can’t work one project at a time.
I love switching projects , and now, I have 8 WIPs….
I really want to cut it down and finish few ones before I start a new project.
HOWEVER, the temptation on trying new patterns and yarns is just hard to resist!
Do you have the same problem as mine?
I am working on :

1) the Noro scarf

2) the shetland triangle for my friend, Angel

3) the pink felted bag (just need to felt it)

4) another stole: Japanese feather stole (want to try out the yarn in my stash: Rowan Rowanspun 4ply.)

5) The purple bamboo dress for my daughter (Still have the front section)
6) clapotis (using Lorna’s lace sock yarn)

7) Clementine Shawlette for my friend, Ziemon

Drop stitch lace tank top
And I also have many great projects on queue…….
Give me more time, Please…!!
